Job Description


• The Fraud Specialist will receive incoming and make outgoing telephone calls and correspond with current customers/merchants who may have fraudulent activity on their account/ merchant establishments.

• Research on accounts with disputes in order for it to be resolved.

• The role would also cover prevention and recovery of losses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience

• College undergraduates with less than 4 semesters must have at least 1 year of customer service experience

• Completed technical or vocational course does not require customer service experience

• Excellent English communication skills

• Detail oriented with a strong ability to work in a fast paced environment


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College Degree LEVEL in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • Required Skills: Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Preferably specialized in Security Specialist or equivalent.
